How to Claim a Reward

Once you have collected enough points, you can redeem them for rewards. Show your QR code to the cashier, who scans it on the POS system to complete the redemption.

Step 1: Check Your Points & Tap CLAIM YOUR REWARD

On your Member card, confirm your Total Points are sufficient. Tap the Rewards tab at the bottom of the screen to browse available rewards.

Step 2: Navigate to the Rewards Tab

The Member card shows your current points and highlights the Rewards tab. Tap it to see the full rewards list.

Step 3: Select a Reward and Tap Claim

On the Rewards screen, browse the available rewards. Each reward shows the points required and its expiry date. Tap Claim next to the reward you want to redeem.

Step 4: Show Your QR Code to the Cashier

Your personal QR code is displayed. Show it to the cashier. Note: the barcode is valid for a limited time (countdown timer shown).

Step 5: Cashier Scans the QR Code

The cashier scans your QR code using the POS system to process and confirm the reward redemption.

Step 6: Reward Claimed

The reward is marked as CLAIMED on your Rewards screen. Your remaining points are updated accordingly.
