How to Collect Points

To earn points, the member displays their QR code in the app. The cashier scans it and enters the purchase amount — points are automatically credited to the member's account.

Step 1: Open the Store Screen

In the I-Pos Engage app, go to the Store screen. Under Nearby Stores, you will see the stores you have joined along with your current point balance (0 Points).

Step 2: Select Your Store

Tap on the store where you are making a purchase. Your Member card will open, showing your Total Points. Tap SHOW QR CODE to earn points at this store.

Step 3: Show Your QR Code to the Cashier

Your personal QR code is displayed on screen. Show it to the cashier. Note: the barcode is valid for a limited time (shown as a countdown timer).

Step 4: Cashier Scans the QR Code

The cashier scans your QR code using the POS system and enters your purchase amount to calculate and credit the points.

Step 5: Points Credited

Once the cashier confirms the transaction, your Total Points are updated. Your account now reflects the newly earned points and shows how many more points you need until your next reward.
