How to Add a Member to a Shop

To join a shop, the member scans the store's QR code using the I-Pos Engage app. The cashier displays the Add Member QR code on their POS device for the member to scan.

Step 1: Tap Add Brand

On the member's Home screen, tap Add Brand.

Step 2: Cashier Displays the Add Member QR Code

The cashier opens the Add Member screen on the POS system. The store QR code is displayed for the member to scan.

Step 3: Scan the Store QR Code

The member points their phone camera at the cashier's screen to scan the store QR code. The member's app will automatically read the QR code and retrieve the store details.

Step 4: Confirm Store Details

The member's app displays the Store Details. Review the brand name, store name, and address, then tap Confirm to join.

Step 5: Successfully Joined

The shop now appears on the member's Home screen. The member is now part of the brand and can enjoy exclusive rewards and benefits.
