Reward Auto Credit Report

Summary Information:

• Total Auto Credits – Total number of automatic reward credit transactions.
• Total Points Credited – Total points automatically credited to members.
• Welcome Credits – Total points credited through the Welcome Join Reward.
• Birthday Credits – Total points credited through the Birthday Month Reward.
• Member Day Credits – Total points credited through the Member Day Reward.
• Opening Credits – Total points credited through the Opening Reward.

Functions:

• Search – Search by customer, email, phone number, outlet or transaction ID.
• Reward Trigger – Filter by the type of reward.
• Credited From / Credited To – Filter the report by credit date range.
• Export to Excel – Export the report for further analysis or record keeping.

Example:

If Birthday Month Reward = 200 Points is enabled, an eligible member whose birthday is in August will automatically receive 200 points. The transaction will appear in the Reward Auto Credit Report with the reward trigger shown as Birthday Month Reward.
