Membership Redemptions

Functions:

• Total Redemptions – Shows the total number of redemption transactions.
• Total Quantity Redeemed – Shows the total quantity of benefits redeemed.
• Search – Search by customer name, email, phone number, benefit or outlet.
• Benefit – Filter the report by a specific benefit.
• Outlet – Filter the report by outlet.
• Redeemed From / Redeemed To – Filter redemptions by date range.
• Rows – Select the number of records displayed.

Example:

A member redeems 1 Chocolate Chip Cookies 3pcs at JOM KOPI BESUT. The transaction will appear in the Membership Redemptions report together with the member, benefit, quantity, outlet and redemption date.
